Apostle Harold Carter serving in ministry for 29 years of ministry uses Pastoring to help diverse groups of parishioners to walk in the calling and destiny. He feels so blessed by God to embrace the mentoring of devoted men and woman of God. He contributes his leadership to the late Dr. William T. Sawyer, Bishop Michael Dantley, PHD, late Dr. Dennis Norris and the late Dr. Julia Brogdon.

Biography of Apostle Phyllis Fosh-Carter
Dr. Phyllis Carter is known as a motivated leader who has been chosen by God to be a trend-setter. Her mission is to pave the way for Women to be successful in their daily walk with the Lord, while juggling everyday responsibilities. She is the wife of Pastor Harold Carter, where they both serve as Pastors at Messiah International Ministries for 29 years of ministry along enjoying 48 years of marriage She is the mother of two sons Harold, Steven, and stepmother of the late Antwan Peterson. In addition, she is a grandmother of seven and a great grandmother of one.
She was called in the ministry in 1975 and started in the ministry preaching in the 1980’s. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Ursuline College in Pepper Pike, Ohio, majoring in Fashion Merchandise. She has also attended Ashland Theological Seminary. In 2017, Dr. Carter was recognized for a Honorary Doctorate by Messiah International Ministries.
